in the county of Cayuga.
To the Honorable the Legislature of the State of New-York.
I, George W. Gunn, an inspector of beef and pork of the county of Cayuga, respectfully report, that for the year 1831, I have inspected and branded 63 barrels pork, 25 mess and 38 prime, total 63, also 110 barrels beel, 59 mess and 51 prime, total 110.
Value of mess pork, $12 per barrel, value of prime pork, $9 per barrel, value of mess beef, $10 per barrel, valae of prime beef, $7 per barrel.
