Mr. Brown moved that the committee of the whole be discharged from the consideration of Assembly bill (No. 1268, Rec. No. 300) entitled "An act to repeal chapter two hundred and forty-three of the Laws of nineteen hundred and thirteen, entitled 'An act to provide for the retention and maintenance of portions of the present Champlain and Erie canals, in the counties of Saratoga and Albany, for navigation purposes after the completion of the Barge canal,'"' and that said bill be recommitted to the committee on finance.

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to said motion, and it was decided in the affirmative.

Mr. Ferris moved that the committee on finance be discharged from the consideration of Senate bill (No. 757, Int. No. 329) entitled "An act to amend the Conservation Law, in relation to battlefields and historic sites and making appropriations for the acquisition of lands thereof and the rehabilitation and historical marking thereof," and that said bill be amended, reprinted and recommitted to the committee on finance.

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to said motion, and it was decided in the affirmative.

Mr. Mastick moved that the committee of the whole be discharged from the consideration of Senate bill (No. 1442, Int. No. 815) entitled "An act to amend the Tax Law, in relation to taxes upon and with respect to personal incomes generally," and that said bill be recommitted to the committee on taxation and retrenchment.

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to said motion, and it was decided in the affirmative.

Mr. Knight moved that the committee of the whole be discharged from the consideration of Senate bill (No. 860, Int. No. 786) entitled "An act to amend chapter six of the Laws of nineteen hundred and twenty-six, in relation to the exclusion of certain tenancies, agreements and leases from provisions thereof," and that said bill be recommitted to the committee on the judiciary. The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to said motion, and it was decided in the affirmative.
