Resolved by this Assembly:

That the Comptroller be and he hereby is authorized and directed to cause to be compiled all the laws relating to the sale of spirituous and intoxicating liquors, including the laws passed at the present session of the General Assembly, and to cause to be printed twenty thousand copies for general distribution, and he is hereby authorized and directed to draw his order on the Treasurer for the expense of compiling and printing said laws.
