The following is a statement of the date of each accident, the place where it occurred, the train, the cause and the extent of the injuries inflicted upon each person, and the name of such person:

1874.

November 8. John Dagan, employe, walking on track near Schodack, was run over and killed.

1875.

June 2. Augustus Schults, employe, standing on track near East Chatham, struck by train and killed.

August 4. Mrs. Donnelly, walking on track in Greenbush, struck by engine and killed.

September 10. Jennie Logan, playing on track in Greenbush, struck by train and killed.

Communications intended for this cómpany should be addressed, Springfield, Hampden county, Mass.

The undersigned have caused the foregoing statements to be prepared by the proper officers and agents of, this company, from the books and records, and have examined them as far as practicable, and believe them to be correct.
