The following is a statement of the date of each accident, the place where it occurred, the train, the cause and the extent of the injuries inflicted upon each person, and the name of such person.

1875.

April 9. Oliver Bond, baggageman, while making a coupling, was caught between platforms of cars at Markham's and hurt internally, but not seriously; he is now at work for the company.

August 17. Chas. Van Etten, employed as brakeman, while attempting to get on engine at Kennedy, fell under, engine passed over him, bruising him badly; he is now at work for the company.
