The Harlem Extension Railroad was leased on and after December 1, 1873, to the Central Vermont Railroad Company; has been held and operated by that company since that date. For the statement of the stock and debt of the corporation and the cost of construction, reference is respectfully made to the New York, Boston and Montreal Railroad Company.
