to hear, audit and determine the claim of Edson D. Knapp, as administrator of the estate of Charles N. Knapp, deceased, against the State for tubercular cattle destroyed in nineteen hundred and seventeen, and to render judgment therefor," reported in favor of the passage of the same without amendment.

Also, Assembly bill introduced by Mr. Richtmyer (No. 952, Int. No. 895) entitled "An act to confer jurisdiction upon the Court. of Claims to hear, audit and determine the claim of the county of Montgomery for reimbursement of moneys paid by such county for road construction alleged to have been chargeable to the State, and to render judgment therefor," reported in favor of the passage of the same without amendment.

Those who voted in the affirmative were: Messrs. Ricca, Stone, Watson, Hall, L. W., Ambro, Albert, Deutschmann, Nathanson, McCreery.

Also, Assembly bill introduced by Mr. Watson (No. 1167, Int. No. 1091) entitled "An act to confer jurisdiction upon the Court of Claims to hear, audit and determine the claims of Hattie A. Rhodes, William Rhodes and Helen Genevieve Rhodes against the State for damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained on the ninth day of April, nineteen hundred and twenty-six, by reason of the negligence of the State, its officers, agents and employees in constructing, causing and permitting a portion of the Buffalo-Gowanda State highway to be and remain in a defective and dangerous condition, and to render judgment therefor," reported in favor of the passage of the same without amendment.

Those who voted in the affirmative were: Messrs. Ricca, Stone, Watson, Hall, L. W., Ambro, Albert, Deutschmann, Nathanson, McCreery.

Also, Assembly bill introduced by Mr. Hayes (No. 1282, Int. No. 797) entitled "An act to confer jurisdiction upon the Court. of Claims to hear, audit and determine the claim of Sarah C. Dunphy against the State for damages for personal injuries sustained through the alleged negligence of the State, its officers or agents, and to render judgment therefor," reported in favor of the passage of the same without amendment.

Those who voted in the affirmative were: Messrs. Ricca, Stone, Watson, Hall, L. W., Ambro, Albert, Deutschmann, Nathanson, McCreery.

Mr. R. B. Smith, from the committee on public printing, to which was referred the resolution relative to printing additional copies of the report of the joint legislative committee on labor conditions, reported in favor of the adoption of the following resolution:

Resolved (if the Senate concur), That there be printed for the use of the legislature 3,000 additional copies of the report of the joint legislative committee on conditions in manufacturing and mercantile business and the conditions of labor and kindred subjects at a cost not exceeding four hundred dollars.

Those who voted in the affirmative were: Messrs. Smith, R. B., Hutt, Lewis, Bartholomew, Stockweather, McDonald, Howard, Posthauer, Hearn.

Mr. Speaker put the question whether the House would agree to the passage of said resolution, and it was determined in the affirmative, a majority of all the members elected to the Assembly voting in favor thereof, and three-fifths being present.

Ordered, That the Clerk deliver said resolution to the Senate and request their concurrence therein.

No. 959) entitled "An act to amend chapter eighty-seven of the Laws of eighteen hundred and ninety-three, entitled 'An act to amend chapter three hundred and thirty-five of the Laws of eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, entitled "An act to incorporate the city of

Ogdensburg" and the acts amending the same,' in relation to city finances, and repealing sections thirty-one and thirty-three thereof."

Also, the bill introduced by Mr. R. B. Smith (No. 763, Int. No. 734) entitled "An act to amend the Election Law, in relation to requirements and form of ballots on voting machines."

Also, the bill introduced by Mr. Reidy (No. 849, Int. No. 807) entitled "An act to amend the Executive Law, in relation to qualifications of attorneys to act as notaries and commissioners of Ceeds."

Also, the bill introduced by Mr. Shonk (No. 1158, Int. No. 1082) entitled "An act to amend the Real Property Law, to permit the transfer to a corporation by executors, trustees and other fiduciaries of real property or interests therein in exchange for the stock and bonds of such corporation."

Also, the bill introduced by Mr. Porter (No. 1144, Int. No. 1068) entitled "An act to amend chapter two hundred and fifty-nine of the Laws of nineteen hundred and fifteen, entitled 'An act authorizing the village of Lake Placid to establish a publicity fund and to raise money by taxation therefor,' in relation to the amount of the fund.'

Also, the bill introduced by Mr. Gedney (No. 970, Int. No. 908) entitled "An act to amend chapter thirty-seven of the Laws of nineteen hundred and one, entitled 'An act authorizing appropriations by the board of supervisors of Rockland county for the support and maintenance of the inmates of the Nyack hospital,' in relation to the amount of such appropriations.'

Also, the bill introduced by Mr. Garnjost (No. 911, Int. No. 854) entitled "An act to amend chapter three hundred and eight of the Laws of nineteen hundred and twelve, entitled 'An act to provide for the distribution of the percentage or tax on receipts of foreign fire insurance companies doing business in the city of Yonkers,' generally."
