At a meeting held at the office of the "Mexican Drainage Co mission," 205 Walnut Place, Phila., on the 20th day of Janua 1880, E. M. Davis moved that A. K. Owen, Civil Engineer, a Wm. C. Crooks, be authorized and directed to prepare the mar script presented, and accompanying the report of the Civil En neer-together with said report-for publication, and have t same printed at the earliest day possible.
