The Assembly returned the concurrent resolution by Mr. Hewitt, relative to authorizing the printing and distribution of four thousand additional copies of the Report of the Judiciary Constitutional Convention of 1921.

Also, the concurrent resolution by Mr. Walker, relative to the Workmen's Compensation Law, with a message that they have concurred in the passage of the same without amendment.

The President presented the report of the Superintendent of State Prisons, which was laid upon the table.

Mr. Lusk moved that the Senate do now adjourn.

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to said motion, and it was decided in the affirmative. Whereupon, the Senate adjourned.

Also, a bill (Int. No. 96) entitled "An act authorizing the city of Dunkirk to abate floods in Hyde creek, to prevent the pollution of the waters therein, and to carry the same in a covered drain or channel for parts of its course within said city, and to authorize said city to acquire lands therefor by purchase or by condemnation and to raise moneys by general and local taxation to pay the cost thereof," which was read the first time, and by unanimous consent was also read the second time, and referred to the committee on affairs of cities.

Also, a bill (Int. No. 97) entitled "An act to legalize the acts and proceedings of the board of supervisors of the county of Chautauqua, and the officers and agents of such board and county, in relation to the issuance and sale of bonds of such county to the amount of one million dollars for the construction and improvement of highways in such county, to legalize, validate and confirm such bonds and to provide for their payment," which was read the first time, and by unanimous consent was also read the second time, and referred to the committee on the judiciary.
