The Assembly returned the following entitled bills, with a message that they had concurred in the amendments of the Senate thereto: "An act in relation to the Industrial School Association of Brooklyn, Eastern district."

"An act to amend an act entitled 'An act to amend the several acts relating to the powers and duties of the Commissioners of Emigration, and for the regulation of the Marine Hospital,' passed April 13, 1853." "An act to prevent injury and loss of life to persons on railroad cars, and in relation to a uniform for the employees thereof."

"An act to amend an act to incorporate the trustees of the Peabody Education Fund, passed April 12, 1867."

Ordered, That the Clerk return said bills to the Assembly.

Mr. Barnett, from the committee on charitable'and religious societies, to which was referred the Assembly bill entitled "An act to incorporate the Young Men's Association of the village of Valatie," reported in favor of the passage of the same.

By unanimous consent, said bill was read a third time.

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to the final passage of said bill, and it was decided in the affirmative, a majority of all the members elected to the Senate voting in favor thereof, as follows:

Mr. Collins called for the consideration of the concurrent resolution, in the words following:

Resolved, (if the Senate concur,) That each member, officer and reporter of the Legislature be furnished with five copies of the Civil List.

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to said resolution, and it was decided in the affirmative, a majority of all the members elected to the Senate voting in favor thereof.

Ordered, That the Clerk return said resolution to the Assembly, with a message informing that the Senate have concurred in the passage of the same, without amendment.

Mr. H. C. Murphy offered the following resolution:

Resolved, That a committee of two be appointed to wait upon his Excellency the Governor, and inform him that the Senate is now ready to adjourn.

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to said resolution, and it was decided in the affirmative.
