Resolved, That Senate bill No. 1230, entitled "An act to amend chapter 415 of the Laws of 1897, entitled 'An act in relation to labor, constituting chapter 32 of the general laws,' relative to the hours of labor and the prevailing rate of wages " (Int. No. 530), be recommitted to the committee on the judiciary, retaining its place on the order of third reading.
