Mr. Walton moved to reconsider the vote by which said bill was

lost, and that this motion lie upon the table.

The Senate bill (No. 1743, Int. No. 484) entitled "An act to amend the Code of Criminal Procedure, in relation to the lien of bail bonds and undertakings of bail," was read the third time.
