Mr. Barnett, from the committee on charitable and religious societies, to which was referred the Assembly bill entitled "An act to authorize George H. Brinckerhoff, David Tompkins and Cornelius D. De Witt, to sell and convey as trusteee the church property of the True Reformed Dutch Church of Owasco, in the county of Cayuga," reported in favor of

Mr. Gibson moved to take from the table the Assembly bill entitled “An act to amend sec. 4 of the act entitled 'An act to authorize the formation of town insurance companies,' passed April 17, 1857," and that said bill be recommitted to the committee on insurance companies.

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to said motion, and it was decided in the affirmative.
