Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met, That Section 13 of Chapter 12 of the Revised Code be amended by Sec. 13, inserting, after the word "grass," in the ninth line, the following Chapter 12 words: "For the period of one year from the date of sale authorized by the section to which this is an amendment and no longer."
