[An Act to amend Section 10 of Chapter 55 of the Revised Code as Rev. Code,

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

SECTION 2. SECTION 1. An Act to amend Chapter 55 of the Revised Code.

SECTION 1.
