George's Creek, and draining a quantity of marsh on each side of said creek, being deemed about three thousand acres, situate in Red Lion and St. George's hundreds, and County of New Castle, and for keeping the dykes and drains belonging to the same in good order and repair." Passed at Dover, March 10, 1899.
